What Would You Be Doing?
- Developing concepts, style guides and documentation through the course of the project
- Collaborating with 3D Artists and Level Designers to help shape and communicate the vision of the game
- Creating concept images of armor, vehicles, weapons, level assets, and maps based around the Halo lore and design
- Creating paint overs of level blockouts and 3D models to guide 3D artists
What We Are Looking For?
- Proficiency in drawing, sketching, or painting, preferably with digital mediums
- Understanding of form, shape, composition, lighting, color, and architecture
- Familiarity with the visual style and conventions of the Halo franchise
- Professional attitude and an ability to take constructive criticism
- Strong English communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment

3D Artist

- Translating fully realized concepts or simple napkin sketches into next-gen 3D models
- Authoring realistic/futuristic textures for PBR texture workflow
- Maintaining visual cohesion, quality, and performance as set by the Art Director
What We Are Looking For?
- Familiarity with industry-standard software (3ds Max, Maya, Blender)
- Proficient with high-to-low-poly workflow

VFX Artist

What Would You Be Doing?
- Creating compelling realistic visual effects through the use of particle systems and shaders
- Coordinating with Art, Design, and Animation to ensure VFX match the quality bar and vision for the game and communicate the right information
- Coordinating with programmers to optimize VFX
What We Are Looking For?
- Experience creating particle effects and shaders/materials in Unreal Engine 5 or similar 3D game engines
- Strong English communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment

- Balancing technical requirements in order to build a beautiful game that is fun, looks great, and runs smoothly
What We Are Looking For?
- Strong programming foundation and experience with C++

Sound Designer/Engineer

- Working closely with other sound designers to help shape the game’s audio vocabulary, style, and standards
- Designing and implementing unique and compelling sound assets for the game
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that audio works in-game
- Ensure in-game audio experience matches the vision as set by the Audio Director
What We Are Looking For?
- Strong, demonstrable audio design and editing skills
- Experience implementing sound into game engines
- Strong experience with audio design from scratch, field recording, Foley, as well as dialogue recording, processing and editing
- Strong English communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment

Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

What Would You Be Doing?
- Supporting the team by reproducing bugs found by others
- Finding previously-undiscovered bugs
- Writing clear and concise bug reports
- Verifying that bugs are fixed in subsequent builds of the game
What We Are Looking For?
- Prior experience QA testing (not public beta testing!) video games or related software
- Ability to objectively compare game behavior against agreed-upon expected behavior
- Understanding of Windows PC gaming, software, and hardware
- Professional attitude and the ability to both take and give constructive criticism
- Strong English communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
