Programmers

Gameplay features, networking, optimization, etc. Familiarity with developing in Unity is an absolute pre-requisite. A portfolio might include code excerpts or linked GitHub repositories from previous projects. You will be evaluated on readability, efficiency, use of syntax, and your understanding of object/class oriented structures and where to use each appropriately.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency writing C#
  • Experience working with the Unity engine
  • Good documentation and comment practices
  • Basic Git knowledge
  • The ability to collaborate and work with others in a team
  • Bonus: Experience with networking using Photon Bolt

3D Artists

Creating weapons, armor, vehicles, structures, and props with industry-standard software, preferably using a high poly to low poly workflow. Include examples of models you've made previously. You must also be capable of adapting your designs to fit the game's art style and feel.

What We're Looking For

  • Familiarity with industry-standard softwares (3DS Max, Maya, Blender)
  • High poly to low poly workflow
  • Experience baking and texturing (PBR only)
  • The ability to iterate on designs and to adapt to the team's artistic style

Animators

Animating first-person, third-person, weapon, vehicle models. Include a demo showreel which communicates your understanding of core animation principles of physicality, natural movement, and timing. Experience rigging and skinning is preferable. You must use 3DS Max -- Maya, Blender and other animation toolsets are not directly compatible with our workflow.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency animating in 3DS Max
  • Understanding of core animation principles
